- Luxury condominium
project consisting of 40 units contained in six 3 to 4 story
buildings
with units ranging in size from 2300 to 3000 square feet. Project
also contains other common area buildings.
Gross floor area of project approximately 140,000 square feet.
Residential buildings (3 to 4 stories) framed in cast in place
concrete with prefabricated wood roof trusses. One story public
area structures are framed with light gauge steel bearing walls
with prefabricated wood roof trusses. One story common area structures
framed with light gauge steel bearing walls with prefabricated
wood roof trusses or CMU piers with glulam beams and prefabricated
wood roof trusses.
Project located in Makena, Maui, Hawaii.
Construction cost of $26 million with project completion in fall
2002.
