Another high
profile building developed alongside Harbor Court is the Queens Court
office building. This eight story mid-rise structure was designed
by Harbor Court architect, Norman Lacayo. Significant cost savings
and architectural design freedom was achieved by utilizing a post
tensioned flat plate floor system that allowed the building envelope
to vary in location along the perimeter of the building; thus producing
a variety of interesting setbacks at different levels. |
