Structural Engineers acted as a structural subconsultant to
Durrant's in-house structural engineers in the design of 909
Kapiolani. The
floor system consists of cast-in-place post-tension flat
plates. This project was executed as a contractor
design-assist, in order to reduce costs and improve constructability.
