• Gross floor area of project approximately 159,000 square feet.
• Guestroom buildings (3 stories) framed with post tension concrete slabs prefabricated wood roof trusses. One store common area structures framed with light gauge steel bearing walls with prefabricated roof trusses.
• Project located in Waikoloa Beach Resort, South Kohala, Hawaii.
• Estimated construction cost of $30 million with project start up in summer 2002 and completion in fall 2003.
